General Info

  • Your entry fee includes entrance into the festival – food, and drink are extra and are not included in ticket price
    • All adults 21 and older who wish to purchase alcohol will have their ID’s checked and be given a wristband
  • Kids 12 and under will receive FREE admission when accompanied by a paid adult
  • Coolers are not allowed
  • Outside drinks of any kind are not allowed
  • No concealed weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed on site
  • Beach or festival type chairs with umbrellas are allowed
  • A limited amount of personal tents will be allowed – once the designated area is full no more will be allowed in (we don’t suggest bringing these if you show up after 2pm)
  • Bottled water, various beer, wine, seltzers, and nonalcoholic drinks will be available for purchase
  • The festival reserves the right to remove any guests for any reason
  • Under Georgie Law, There Is No Liability Fr An Injury Or Death Of An Individual Entering These Premises If Such Injury Or Death Results From The Inherent Risks Of Contracting Covid-19. You Are Assuming This Risk By Entering These Premises.

Health & Safety

  • Per City of Decatur special event permit guidelines, festival goers are required to wear masks when attending city-permitted outdoor events and remain socially distanced for the safety of themselves and others. In addition we:
    • Ask festival goers to wear masks when interacting with ticket booth and beer tent volunteers
    • Ask that festival goers adhere to physical distancing
    • Ask that attendees cover coughs and sneezes and wash hands at the available hand washing stations around the festival site
    • Ask attendees to stay home if they are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19 , and to get tested for COVID-19.
  • Please stay hydrated – City of Decatur Fire and First Aid will be on site – there will be a misting trailer on site and misting fans in designated areas to cool off and lower body temperatures

Parking / Getting to Festival

  • There is NO general parking on site at Legacy Park  – we encourage you to Ride Share, Bike, walk or seek out available street parking near the festival site
    • Park at your own risk, the festival is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicle or contents
  • Bike Valet  – we will have an on-site bike valet for all riders that want to safely and securely valet their bikes
  • Oakhurst Shuttle  – an all-day shuttle will be running from 2pm – 10:30pm from the Oakhurst Business District (Pick up is outside Griffin Co. Insurance) 707 East Lake Drive, look for shuttle pick up sign
  • Nearby Free parking – roughly 60 parking spots are available (free of charge) at the Waldorf School lot just south of the festival site (look for parking signs directing you to lot) The Waldorf School of Atlanta – Google Maps; in addition parking will be available across the street at the Columbia Theological Seminary (roughly 100 + spots) Columbia Theological Seminary – Google Maps
    • If you park here please make sure you walk to the event entrance on the west side of Columbia – there is no sidewalk on the east side (Columbia Rd. is a major street with a high volume of vehicle traffic, please exercise common sense and safety)
    • Park at your own risk, festival is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicle or contents
  • Ride Share drop off is at main entrance round about (GPS – 500 S. Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030) 500 S Columbia Dr – Google Maps

Vegetarians – Our 4 main BBQ vendors will each have limited vegetarian options for our guest in addition to classic BBQ fare

Cash & Credit

Front gate, merchandise tent, and beer stations will take both cash and credit via square (we encourage cashless payment whenever possible)

  • ATM’s will be on site for cash withdrawals

Pets

Leashed pets ARE allowed on site. For the safety and comfort of festival goers, owners are discouraged but not forbidden from bringing their four-legged family members. Many dogs do not respond well to large crowds, loud noises and the heat. It is August and pets may be prone to discomfort given the heat and site so owners please be aware there comfort is 100% your responsibility. We will NOT have access to free water for pet drinking. Owners NOT the festival are responsible for the actions of their pets at all times while at the festival.

The event site is handicap friendly, should you or someone in your party need assistance please ask one of our staff members
